Dr. Iván Schwartzmann
Graduated from the Autonomou University of Barcelona Medical School. Trained as a urologist at Fundació Puigvert in Barcelona, Spain, including a clinical observership at the Columbia University Medical Center in New York, USA. During the urology residency, he was awarded the Spanish Urological Association’s Rising Star in Urology award. Fellow of the European Board of Urology.
Assistant Urologist at Fundació Puigvert in Barcelona with special dedication to the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Teaching activities coordinator and resident tutor at F. Puigvert and Associate Clinical Professor at the Medicina Faculty of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Author of multiple internationally published scientific articles and speaker at national and international congresses.
Member of the European Association of Urology, Spanish Urological Association and Catalan Urology Society. In the latter, he also is an active member at the benign prostatic hyperplasia working group.
