Meet Verónica
Verónica Vivero holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona (UB). She also holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the Higher Institute of Psychological Studies (ISEP) and a Master’s degree in Clinical Sexology and Couples Therapy (ISEP).
She is a member of the National Association of Sexology Professionals (AEPS), the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia (COPC), and the Spanish Association of Andrology, Sexual Medicine, and Reproductive Medicine (ASESA).
With over 10 years of clinical experience in the private sector, Verónica combines her clinical practice—offering in-person sessions in Barcelona as well as online consultations—with teaching. For four years, she worked on a project with the Cornellá City Council, where she was responsible for designing and implementing the municipality’s sex education programs. She worked with children and adolescents aged 8 to 26 and also led sexuality workshops for parents and teachers.
She is currently affiliated with Isep Clínic Formación as an instructor, where she mentors and supervises students in the Master’s program in Clinical Sexology and Health as they work on their Master’s thesis (TFM).
In addition, she actively contributes to various media outlets, including radio, print, and television; for example, on the program *Les mil i una nits* on Catalunya Radio, and more recently on *teve.cat*, where she hosts a regular weekly segment on general sexuality.
She writes content on general psychology for various wellness platforms and for Presbicia Emocional®, her blog and personal brand.
