What is short frenulum of the penis?

The short frenulum of the penis, also known as a short frenulum, is a condition where the frenulum of the penis, the tissue that connects the underside of the glans to the rest of the penis, is shorter than normal.

In normal conditions, this frenulum allows the foreskin to smoothly slide over the glans during erection and sexual activity.
